• Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts may result in account termination.
• Bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned or postponed.
• Cricplay's decision is final in determining all outcomes.
• Any bet that exceeds the betting limit will be automatically declined.

Deposits on Cricplay can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Funds are usually credited within 15 minutes. Occasional delays may occur due to banking system issues — if your deposit hasn't arrived within 3 hours, please contact support.

Your account must be verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Payments are sent only to an account in your own name — third-party transfers are not permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if a transaction is flagged as suspicious.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cricplay. Violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities at cricplay's discretion.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using fraudulent or deceptive payment methods.
• Using betting software, bots, or any form of automation.
• Match fixing or participation in any form of illegal betting syndicate.
• Stealing another user's account credentials or accessing their account without authorization.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack or carry out any form of cyberattack against Cricplay's systems.

Cricplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations. A suspended account cannot be accessed or used for transactions.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded after verification. To reactivate a closed account, please contact our support team.

• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100.
• You may appeal an account closure — submit your request in writing to our support team.
• Funds in accounts closed due to rule violations may not be refunded.

Cricplay believes betting should be purely for entertainment — not a source of income. We actively promote responsible betting. If you feel betting is having a negative impact on your life, please seek help.

Cricplay lets you set deposit limits so you can control your weekly or monthly spending. Using the self-exclusion option, you can take a break from betting for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.
